I want advice regarding foods to be taken and foods to be avoided for better eye vision and also my glaucoma problem does not aggravate. Moreover, I have diagnosed for arthritis. I want advice regarding foods for this problem also

there is no specific diet for glaucoma suspect or patients. for arthritis consult a phycian.
