Hi there.... Your active acne is not serious but a mild to moderate acne so relax. Having said that, some scars are noticeable that suggests a more severe eruption awhile ago. There are many modalities of treatment but for a more permanent solution, oral isotretinoin may be the way forward but it will have to be explained in detail to you along with the blood tests done for your safety as per protocol and you will have to be prepared for 3-6 months of therapy. Since you appear to be from Bengaluru, you are welcome to come across to any clinic we consult as per your location. Given the traffic 🚦 situation, perhaps an ONLINE INSTANT Consultation will be easier to begin with 🙏
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products and home remedies Topical isotretinoin cream may be given a trial ...spot touch at night with 0.025% to 0.05% Tretin...x 1-2 weeks sparingly applied. Light steam  for 3-5 mins at end of day with splashing 💦 cold water and dabbing dry (do not rub)  prior to application of cream may be useful.
