Adrenal Myelolipoma non active
Hi my mother has Adrenal Myelolipoma all the tests show the the Tumor is non malignant. Like MIBG, ALDO,SERUM, CT, ULTRA SOUND. During the diagnosis it was found that her thyroid levels were high. So the doctor gave her neo mercazole for that and told Sugery will only happen if the thyroid are normal. It is the best choice as the tumor is huge 15*15*11 cm

it needs preparation and excision, may not be by laparoscopically, it needs to be removed.

Definitely it need intervention at a tertiary care centre and not in any hospital or nursing home for better pre-op and post-op management.
