Myelolipoma in adrenal gland 11x7mm
I have done the cect scan of whole abdomen and the report says - small right adrenal myelolipoma..
so what should i do now for it ..
and the adrenal says small fat density nodule is seen in the right adrenal measuring 11x7mm

Any symptoms ? Why was cect done ? If Asymptomatic any adrenal lesion less than 4cm can be kept on observation and regular follow up..U can repeat CECT after 6 months
