AdPKD having high BP but no symptoms
Patient is 67 years old having AdPKD. Current creatinine is 8 and gfr is 8 having no symptoms. What to do. What is the expected lifespan if diet and BP is managed properly. Any possible treatment is there.

Get your physical examination done Your body is tolerating this much amount of toxins as of now if you don't have symptoms. Be mentally prepared that any intercurrent illness can tip off the balance of your body. Get a AV fistula ready so that in time of need of dialysis you are ready. Get vaccinated for vaccine preventable infections to decrease the risk of intercurrent illness
