Asked for Female, 3 Years

My 3 months old stray dog eats her own poo, I am concerned about her health. She is peeing every 5 minutes, I wonder if she has bladder control. She has started to bite us now, I understand teething but there is a difference when she attacks a human being. We have hot all her vaccinations done including Rabies. Please advise!

Regarding eating his stool hv u added ny multivitamin supplements to his diet coz this shows hez nt getting proper nutrition n wht r u feeding him Nd 3 months is the correct age of training so kindly find a gud trainer if u n n plz don't answer his each n evry cry...nd keep me updated to hlp u guide better
