  4. Adenomyosis. Me? what should i do now?

Adenomyosis
I was taking dinogest 2mg for adenomyosis. After 2 months bleeding has started on it's own. I haven't missed any dose. On physical examination no infection per se was found. No other issues in usg was found too. Is it possible that the medicine didn't work for me? What should I do now?
