ADD recurrence
I was diagnosed with ADD for the past few years and prescribed Methylphenidate 10 mg to be taken 20mg morning and 10 mg afternoon. I did manage to handle things without it for 2 years. Recently I've been distracted on a constant level, losing concentration, can't focus for a long period. Would it be a problem if I get back on Ritalin lower or higher dose? How to get instant release form of the tablet in Bangalore? Thanks

You will need to see a psychiatrist who will address your queries of medication. I suggest you also see a counsellor who can help you even after you stop medication.
