What to add with ecitalopram
I m on ecitalopram 10mg for depression and anxiety it seems to work but it makes me numb and emotionally flat and also m not able to climax... Can i add mirtazapine to counter side effects and at what dose?

Well,  r u talking about ... sexual side effects...This is very well know with SSRI,but don't worry....it can be managed as well....cross taper with another medication without sexual side effects...
