Add aripiprazole or increase fluoxetine
My psychiatrist upped my dose of fluoxetine from 20 to 40mg.i have been taking 40mg fluoxetine from one month. But i have not seen any improvement related to high irritability and anger.
But i have seen slight improvement in my mood after stating fluoxetine.
Doctor gave me choice of either adding aripiprazole 2mg at night or increase fluoxetine to 60mg.
What should i do.

Both the strategies are good. My suggestion would be to choose going to 60mg of fluoxetine for next one month, see the response and then decide. Good luck
