Acute right neck bone and right shoulder

Asked for Male, 34 Years

From last 1 and half months I am feeling s strange pain which starts from my right side of neck then neck bone stiff ness and upper right strange pain in chest and same till mid on back .its feel like wake up after a wrong sleeping position. It doesnt pain at all if I dont move. No swelling or color change of skin But if I more or use my right hand ..its start aching..seems like muscles tearing. Warm water bag helped immediate to controll the pain.. Please suggest what exactly that can be done. Medicine taking is TENDOCARE FORTE Anything more I need to take ?
