Maam, the only way to avoid medicine is to improve your lifestyle. So start exercising, eat more veggies and salads, more of citrus fruits( not sweet) reduce your weight ( if you are overweight), sleep well and avoid taking too much stress. Do not fiddle with your skin and acne. Dont do experiments at home. Use dove soap and a moisturizer. You will see result after 6 months. Believe it or not, this will work like magic. Just do this religiously

Hi no need to get depressed about your acne . There are certain ways you can control your acne with face washes that contain benzoyl peroxide and salisyclic and glycolic acids . Right now we cannot start you with oral medications as you’ are breast feeding . But you can try to decrease your dairy in take and sugar to see visible difference . You can watch my you tube video about treatment of acne on my video channel Dr mudasir Rashid khan . For further treatment if your acne is not improved you can contact me for online appointment
