I've developed acne on my face after I came in contact with sea water in December. But it was very few. From last 1 month they are all over my cheek areas and sometimes chin area. They are big and painful and leave black spot after drying...I've used aloe Vera and lactocalamine... But still one or more develop each day. What to do. For face wash I use sebamed soap and I use lakme cc cream and lactocalamine on my face. Please suggest some way to get rid of these.

Acne can be due to multiple reasons.Images would help to decide upon the medications. If continuous eruptions are there, you will need low dose antibiotics.Only creams would not help.
