Acne treatment needed
Hi, I am facing acne issue from past few months which was worsen in winter. My skin is oily and there is persistent redness around nose and chin where pus like pimples are occurring. I tried clindamycin with benzoyl peroxide 2.5% for few weeks and it reduced acne but my skin became scaly and itchy around nose. Now again I am facing same issue. Please provide me proper guidance and treatment.

Since when you are facing this issue.
Do u have dandruff.
Itchiness and scaly skin occurs due to seborrheic dermatitis as well as acne
