Acne- sudden breakouts before periods
I had acne regularly since 4-5 years mostly before my period starts. But this time it not ending and are also leaving black spots. Specially in chin area. Kindly reccomend some face wash or ointment as I don't want to take medicine.

Acne is a complex disease with multiple factors like genetics, hormones, diet, drugs, cosmetics, sunlight etc contributing to it. Treatment depends on the grade.
