Greetings. Fractional co 2 laser is pretty safe and reasonably effective with multiple sessions of treatment required- provided you get the treatment done by a qualified dermatologist/ dermatosurgeon. With each session the appearance of scars improves slightly. Some people may have mild hyperpigmentation if they don't take care about sub protection.
