I don't have active acne on my back but I have lots of acne scars from years of bad habits of popping zits. I have normal skin type. I want to understand how to get rid of these scars. Am currently using a benzoyl peroxide soap since 3 weeks and it seems to be bleaching my skin making the scars look lighter. How do I get rid of them? Does salicylic acid based shower gel help?
Should I alternate between salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide based products? I do moisturise my skin after shower. Thanks in advance for any helpful tips.
