Acne scars
I have a few acne scars and I've read that taking vit c tablets lightens them and are good for skin. Which supplement would you recommend?

Hi, Acne scars need to be treated with Lasers or Peels to get good results. Vitamin C does not help in reducing the scars by itself. It is a powerful antioxidant and i would definitely advise you to take 1000 mg of Vit C everyday to boost your immunity and maintain good skin health
Health Tips
Prescription creams would help but for that we would need your history and basic information
