Acne scars
I had acne issues in the past during summers but with the right course of treatment, it got well. However, the scars haven't really faded away and I want an ointment or tablet for the same that can help in getting rid of these acne scars.

I would advise you to visit a certified dermatologist for treatment of scars. Once scars have formed, they can be reduced to a great extent( not completely removed) by procedures like peels, laser, Subcision, prp etc. however, there are no tablets or other medications which can help you in reducing these scars
Health Tips
You have a tendency of developing scars, so take care of treating ur active acne asap

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello dear. You still have active acne and old scars. The scars can be treated with some procedures like microneedling and PRP. Any history of PCOS, hypothyroidism etc will also need to be checked. You will have to visit the clinic in Delhi for proper treatment.
