Hi.. Is their any treatment which can heal old pitted acne scars. Few years. No clinic treatments.. As I have tried.. Derma roller etc.. And are very costly. .

Few creams are available but the results are not as good as procedures. Best treatment of potted scars is fractional laser, Dermaroller,PRP, subcision. Or a combination of any of these depending on your scars.
