Acne Scar Treatment and Isotretinoin
I went to a new doctor to get opinion on my acne scars. He has advised CO2PRP and MNRF two months apart. With TCA, Subcisions in between those sessions. He also advised punch excision for one scar.
He also advised me to eat Isotretinoin 20 mg for 10 days before the first CO2 session. I have been at low dose (10mg) alternate isotretinoin many times. But once on high dose(40mg) I started experiencing side effects. I have eczema also so I am scared of Isotretinoin. Also I am scared that i will get acne with 20mg.

Alternate safe medicine available depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
