My age is 23 and i have acne and i want to take vitamin A dosage so can you tell me what would be dosage of Vitamin A aquasol capsule. Every capsule contains 25000 iU of vitamin A palmitate (7.5mg retinol) water soluble form.

Is vitamin A advised to you by doctor? And only vit A will not help. Instead face care will help more and also increase your water intake along with fruits and juices
