Acne problem on face
I have a lot of acne. Multiple acne. I have tried many home remedies. 2 years before also I got this problem and I have consulted to dermatologist. I got the treatment and recovered.after this treatment, One year I haven't got any acne but from last December again I am facing the same problem. I am taking healthy diet I drink a lot of water eat fruits. Only lacking is exercise. Last year in June I met with accident and got fractured in backbone. After that I left my all exercises and walking. Then from December 19 I am facing the problem of acne. What should I do?

Acne occurs due to hormonal changes in the body. Post acne either a black spot or depressed scar would be left. Main reason is hormones. Weight gain, stress, oily spicy food, irregular sleep etc contribute to increase of acne.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

With all the lifestyle habits in place if u are still getting acne then it could be hormonal imbalance .stress lack of sleep can also give acne flare ups.avoid going to clean ups and facials as they will aggrevate the condition more.kindky consultbmr online for further treatment
