Acne pimples over forehead.
In face over forehead there is acne pimples and dark spots from since 3/4 month it not looks good so help me!

Great you posted pictures. It's acne. Apply epiduo gel alternative night full face peanut size amount full face and depiwhite cream at others night for few weeks and review
