Acne pimple on chest

So i have this single acne..or pimple..idk exactly what it is.. it's bothering me because i don't get acne on my torso area..but this single acne is bothering me. It only hurts when i rub my nail on it but not too much..is it something serious? What's the cause of it? It's just one..
