Getting acne on back of neck Also experiencing constipation and I have missed my periods this month. Not able to sleep properly since two weeks or say not getting good sleep.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
