Acne on back
Hi, my back body has lots of acne and thereafter they leave marks. I have tried various methods to keep the back clean. Yet they won't reduce. These gets more at the time of my periods and then reduces gradually leaving a mark .

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
