Acne marks on cheek
I was treated for active acne but now have redness and marks on my left cheek. I don't feel itchy or anything, it's just appearance.

Hello ma'am, marks take the longest time to fade away. Home care with skin lightners and other combinations along with couple of sessions of peels and lasers would help you with the same.
