Does eating 4 almonds and walnuts causes acne??m eating it daily .m taking 1 tablespoon each of chia ,flax and pumpkin seeds in my diet daily.i have some acne issues .so want to ask does eating all these causes acne???

Nope these ingredients are good for a healthy and glow on skin as they have omega and fibre rich acne on Ur skin is due to other issue which needs details evaluation .pls consult dermatologist to get it treated
