Facing issue with acne,hair fall,Black heads problem and also lips pigmentation ,I gone through all the test like thyroid.Every thing looks fine. Can you suggest me what type of treatment suits me.

You need to properly evaluated for other hormonal issues. With the complaints that you have said I would keep a preference to rule out PCOS.
Meet with a dermatologist as a tele-consult will not be enough because this will take time and you will require regular frequent followups
