Hi First i would like to inform you , as such there is no cure for acne,it should be maintained. As it is physiological respone to hormones. That inturn depends on hereditary how you respond. Since already  you have tried  antibiotics both topical & systemic you can try systemic Isotretinion 10 mg daily night for 3 to 4 months. Zinderm BN gel topical application on spots of bigger acne &Dacne plus gel in the morning. Once you apply morning gel onspots you can use Episoft Ac spf 30 cream full face. You can use chaptex or lip talk lip balm bciz by taking this medicines you will get dryness on your lips. Before using this medications you need to check all routine blood investigation including serum lipid profile if everything is normal than only you need to take
Next Steps
For  further treatment &evaluation of your problem you need to meet near by Dermatologist &take an opinion on the above said.
