My sister has oily skin. After 1hr of washing face, skin becomes oily again. Hence, the problem of acne. Which face wash should she use to control acne?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You can use salicylic acid containing face wash.
Acne cannot be treated with just a face wash. It requires topical or oral medication depending on grade of acne. Consult online with pictures for detailed prescription.
