I am 15 years old suddently ma face for small pimples in my face i poped it and now i am having lots of big pimples and dark pimple spots

Its possible you are having dandruff and oily skin.You have developed comedones which are initial stage of pimples.Do visit and treat it early.Also your doctor will advice how to take care of your skin
