I got pimples running from my shoulders to back and ve dark spots of pimples.how to remove that dark spots and get away with pimple problem

It is age related so manage with antiacne soaps and benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime . When it is severe go for oral treatment after dermatologist s opinion.
