Acne and pimples
I have had acne for the last 6 years.used medication by doctors and ointments by pharmacists, tried ayurveda too and some home remedies. Someone told me to stop eating dairy products and it worked well as pimples are now under control, a lot better than before. But still have spots and holes on my face and occasionally still have pimples. What can I do to stop having pimples and get rid of those holes?

If dietary management has worked well, i would also recommend you to work on weight reduction as it also helps in reducing the hormonal component causing acne. You can do spot treatment for acne if there are occasional eruptions. Also, for spots and holes, micro needling and laser resurfacing should help.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
