Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne on lower face around chin and jawline and also under chin and jawline is mainly caused by hormonal changes. You have mentioned pigmentation around mouth which is again a sign of hormonal imbalance. For acne and pigmentation you need to follow proper treatment plan after proper assessment. We can do Laser which is very effective for active acne and pigmentation ( for details check Hollywood Laser peel instagram post )
Next Steps
I would suggest you consult gyanecologist to rule out PCOD and get hormonal tests done.
Health Tips
Avoid touching or picking pimples as it leaves more scars and also aggravates acne.  Read my posts in instagram on Acne and various treatment options ( Instagram account: @ drjeetendrakhatuja ) . All the best. Regards Dr Jeetendra Khatuja ( Mumbai )
