I have very bad acne problemand there are lot of marks on my face i want to know about the duration of treatment and can i continue it with my gym routine

Exercise is good for acne, so continue that. Usually acne reduces after teen age but in some patients it continues into adulthood. So you should continue your treatment and keep it under control. Pigmented marks usually resolve after few weeks but scars do not resolve. They require treatment like peels or lasers.
