Acne and flesh coloured tiny bumps

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Acne since 18.Since 2 yrs,hundreds of tiny bumps on cheeks,chin,forehead.Not red,hard white substance on squeezing,more visible on stretching skin in light.Pimples are sometimes cystic,mostly small red,mostly on cheeks.Often decrease but never go away. Brown red marks,big pores on cheeks.Thyroid normal with 50mcg pill. I keep face clean always.
