I had acne since 3 years but from paat 5 months my cheeks are bulged and face fat is increased..

Your query is not completely clear. Photograph was needed to comment further. Sudden weight gain can cause this. I hope you are not on oral steroids to cause fatty cheeks. Please consult a qualified dermatologist nearby to diagnose and treat the condition.
