Acne and blackheads problem on my face

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been bit of nervous on pimple problem on my face I'm using doxycycline 100 mg capsules, Benzoyl peroxide cream and deriva CMS gel not improvement any more on my pimples and blackheads.. but this apply on face the pimple growth is bigger than before why pls help us,, can I continue to use on this tablets and cream or not pls suggest us. thankyou !!!
