Acne and acne marks
I have been suffering from acne for the last 3 years and so...it has left marks also on my face which is badly affecting my self esteem...because of these acne marks I have even started avoiding going to parties,,,chilling with friends....please help me to get rid of this problem.....this acne is killing my confidence.... sometimes I even have suicidal thoughts....

Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequelae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis.
It should not be very difficult to make a healthy skin provided you follow the recommendations. There are various ways to deal including medications and lasers. Chemical peels can also offer help.
