Acl tear grade 1
Two months ago I got an acl injury in my right knee. I had gone through a non-surgical treatment. But now also I m having instability in my knee with pain. Recently I got an MRI done. Which indicates grade 1 ACL tear with superior synovial plicae thickening. Also I m sending my reports. Do I need surgery now?

hey, option of surgery depends on internal stability of knee , if your having give away sensation , ( slipping) then it shows knee is unstable if you continue with the same tear may extend so its better to consult orthopedic doctor and ask his opinion
