ACL surgery?
Do I need a reconstruction surgery for a partial acl tear? Can physiotherapy avoid this surgery? What are the success ratio, complications, side effects and guarantee of this surgery, if it is imperative?

hey, physiotherapy only helps you to maintain stability till surgery, avoid sport activities till then , sometimes you feel giveaway sensation so better go for surgery , since its partial tear you can recover sooner and better , complications like anesthesia   , infection will be there in all surgeries
