Acl sprain
My question is why after acl sprain quadriceps and hamstring and glutes muscles feel weak what reason behind ...and how to correct this problem or not...

Muscle wasting. Do good physiotherapy exercises. If ACL tear present, might need surgical reconstruction.

We have active and passive stabilisers of the knee Quads and hamstring are active Acl is passive
