Acidity n bloated stomach
I feel pain and uneasiness in the left side of my body near abdomen. Also have the feeling of bloated stomach,motions are also not clear some time . feels like stomach has been filled with air. Got sonography and endoscopy result normal 7 months back.guide me on the same.

this is called non ulcer dyspepsia. the treatment is life style modifications like avoid junk food, fatty food, proper chewing, no talking while eating, post meal walk, heavy breakfast and light dinner, les s liquids along with meal. regular exercise, yoga, cycling swimming , jogging
