Hi is there any way to check pH level in body i want to reduce my acidity level in my body.please help.what are the ways to reduce acid level.please help.

Dear Sir Bodys pH is very tightly controlled and rightly so.any derangement in pH is dangerous for the body. Concentrate on maintaining that pH with proper diet and exercise to stay healthy
