My course of typhoid 7 days is over and now im taking taxim o for another 14 days. Today im feeling pricking pain in right abdomen and pain in my entire back upper and lower region. Also i can feel heartburn. Can i take antacid during the course of treatment? Or what can i do with this issue?

Hypersecretion of gastric acid is common while patient is on certain Drugs/ Antibiotics and it will manifest with symptoms as mentioned by you like - Heartburns, Pain in upper abdomen, nausea, discomfort in the epigastrium etc. It's better to take medicine (tablet) which reduce the acid secretion rather than Antacid/syrup which neutralizes the already secreted acid, because sometimes such antacids/syrup might interfere with the absorption of actual Antibiotic which is more important.. Take Gelusil MPS Syrup : 10ml thrice daily after meal for 3-5 days.
Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Food
Avoid Tea Coffee Dark Chocolate Pastries etc
Avoid Papad Pickles Chillies etc
Avoid Maida Products
Avoid Heavy Meal
Take soft diet and frequent meals
Regularise sleep for 6 hours
Reduce stress
Do normal free hand exercise atleast for 30 minutes.
