My question is what to eat after waking up so that there will be no acidity
After waking up i don't eat anything thinkiu what to eat
After thay acidity become and then migraine

There are plenty meal options to eat in early morning during pregnancy but its depends on your condition because u said acidity then migraine so we need more information about your health & current meal time etc.. Right Now i only suggest take some salad on daily basis and drink early morning luke warm water...rest we need more information required to counsel.. and counselling is must for pregnant women
