I wake up at 7 am My question is what to eat after waking up so that there will be no acidity After waking up i don't eat anything thinkiu what to eat After thay acidity become and then migraine Please help me what to eat to start day with I m 4 month pregnant

As soon as you wake up, have a glass of coconut water. Coconut water is best during acidity(check your sugar levels first) Also eat small frequent meals rather than a big meal at a time.

Hello There are plenty meal options to eat in early morning during pregnancy but its depends on your condition because u said acidity then migraine so we need more information about your health & current meal time etc..   Right Now i only suggest take some salad on daily basis and drink early morning luke warm water...rest we need more information required to counsel.. and counselling is must for pregnant women We would require more information about your health and current diet plan to advise you better so kindly reach us Timings :- Morning 12:00pm to 2:00pm                   Evening 3:00pm to 6:00pm
