Acid reflux
I think I have terrible acid reflux , it always worsens when I drink coffe or alcohol , I have a feeling of something in my throat which causes me to gag and dry heave and burp I have never vommited nor am I nauseas , I've been feeling like this for a month with some good days where I have no reflux and some days are bad

avoid excessive smoking and alcohol as it i crease acid production.do daily exercise and can take tab pantaprazole 40 mg once a day see your doctor
