Acid reflux
I frequently have burning sensation in my chest since last year. Earlier when i ate somethng spicy it felt like food comes to my throat causing burning sensation.

Dear it seems to me what we call GERD. Tab pan 40 twice a day for 5 days. Syp mucaine gel thrice a day for 5 days. Both before meals. If symptoms recur, consult a surgeon.
